Types of Body Fat

Our body has two different types of body fat.
a. Visceral Fat.
b. Subcutaneous Fat.
Visceral fat is stored very deep in the abdominal surrounding internal organs. Example: kidney, liver and so on.
Subcutaneous fat is beneath of your skin.
Among the above two fats, visceral fat is very dangerous to the human body. To burn the fat you need to consume more of fibre and protein-rich source. Do regular exercise with proper diet, which will help to reduce your body fat.
